Our raw knits are designed from raw materials rigorously selected for their mechanical, thermal and anti-corrosive qualities.
HIGH-QUALITY RAW MATERIALS
We work with a wide range of materials to meet our customers’ requirements:
- SOFT & GALVANIZED STEELS: robust and durable, ideal for applications requiring good mechanical strength.
- STAINLESS STEEL: high corrosion resistance, suitable for harsh environments.
- COPPER: excellent thermal and electrical conductor, ideal for applications requiring high conductivity.
- POLYPROPYLENE: lightweight and chemically resistant, for applications requiring flexibility and low density.
- MONEL 400: Highly resistant to corrosion, even in acidic environments or in contact with saline solutions.
These materials are available in wires of various diameters, from 0.12 mm to 0.37 mm, to meet a wide range of requirements in terms of fineness and strength.
MONOFILAMENT, MULTIFILAMENT AND MIXED KNITS
Thanks to our expertise, we are able to manufacture raw knitted fabrics perfectly tailored to the specific needs of each project. Our monofil knits are distinguished by their uniform structure, offering high precision and targeted strength, ideal for demanding technical applications. For more complex requirements, we offer multi-wire knitwear, which combines several types of wire to guarantee increased flexibility or strength. For example, by combining stainless steel and polypropylene, we create products with unique properties, combining strength and lightness to meet the most varied requirements.
DIMENSIONS TO SUIT YOUR PROJECTS
Our raw knitted fabrics are available in a variety of widths, from 5 mm to 780 mm, to suit a wide range of applications. For projects requiring larger dimensions, we offer “slit” knitted fabrics in widths of up to 1,500 mm. This dimensional flexibility enables us to meet specific requirements while guaranteeing optimum technical performance.
